Wine & Weight loss?

Hiya,

I'm losing weight at a lovely, healthy pace. I'm currently back to eating well and staying on track after falling off for months! I just need to know, if I continue to eat healthily and workout daily (my workouts on average burn around 750 calories) can I drink wine say once a week? I'm drinking wine as we speak but I'm scared it's gonna make me gain weight?
Please help!

PS. bloating and water weight I'm not afraid of...it happens and it happens a LOT, I can deal with it. I'm talking about fat moreso. Even if I workout (doubling my workouts where necessary) will the calories from alcohol STILL store as fat? I don't know how it works when it comes to alcohol. Please help!

PPS. I'm drinking dry white. x

  • I think occasional glass of wine is actually good for you. It's better to reward yourself with a glass of wine than a bar of chocolate (at least for me). Enjoy it in moderation!
