  • I feel just as stressed out as you..i workout like crazy and eat very little as well...and yet i too have managed to gain in a yr...it's sooo depressing. I am not giving up though...must never give up:)

  • i bought some and started taking them after i stopped breast feeding my third child..so 2 months after i had her (she's now 10 months) and they did absolutely NOTHING for me, total waste of 70 dollars!
  • thanks for the advice all..i will def. get blood work done soon and I guess I will give myself three months before i really start getting depressed..kidding. hopefully the next time i am back on here it'll be under "success stories" :)
  • at my next appt. i will def. speak to my doctor abt this, however not sure how helpful that will be..so i am from the US but am currently living in the middle east and the doctors here i really don't trust their opinion so next time we go back to the US to visit i will def. make an appt. to get all things checked.

  • I agree abt the strength training but I was told to wait at least three months post delivery before lifting any weights so am waiting another week and a half before i begin. thanks for the advice:)
  • drink my dr.oz green dink (spinach leaves, cucumber,celebry,apple,ginger,mint, lemon juice all blended) drink a big glass of water eat my branflakes cereal sad life..haha
