After hitting that plateau i'mt trying to exercise more and keep my diet calorific intake the same to prevent my metabolism reducing. I am using running atm (interval training mind you) ! Its working for me.... my body fat percentage is dropping quicker than my weight :) x

Eating after in the monrning is better !! Your making your body burn fat you see. I wait till evening some times though as exercise tends to increase my huge appetite :) x

Hey honey ! Basal Rate is to die with the caories needed to lay there and breath,. Thats all. You still move around :) xxx Good luck ! XD I always try n get 100 calories left to spair to make sure its right :)

Yes I rechecked everything. I was at a party and just ate lots and lots of cake and other bad stuff at the buffet !

Well ! I would say it would be the smallest you would want to go ! I am 5"6 and am currently 143 pounds (a size 10 with a a healthy BMI). It depends on what your body suites ! and can stay healthy at ! I would say 130 pounds is optimum for girls lour height ... and plus... we wouldn't want to lose those curves would we ;)
