I've just went nearly 1700 cals in the red ! I do not know what happened ! Does anyone have any advice :( It said Ive eaten 3000 today ! And ive done so well so far :( feel like ive failed !
I used to weigh 14 stone... but i don't know what weight i should aim to be! Has anyone got any sugestions. I am currently a size ten at this weight from a size 16? And tips on coming off a diet to maintain health anyone?
