I'm 5ft6 abd 143 pounds..

I used to weigh 14 stone... but i don't know what weight i should aim to be!
Has anyone got any sugestions. I am currently a size ten at this weight from a size 16?
And tips on coming off a diet to maintain health anyone?

    Hey, it really depends what kinda look you are going for, but you are in the healthy range right now! So if you like your look just maintain and maybe try and tone.

    At 143 lbs (healthy range) perhaps you should aim to maintain and tone/build muscle so your body composition is more muscular?

    you can always check your BMI. It gives you an idea of a healthy weight range. For me, I am in the normal range, but the higher end so that's why I am still trying to loose a few more pounds. Hope this helps :smile:
