I am the same bread makes me bloated it makes me hungry after about an hour after i have had it, if i stop the bread especially at breakfast i am not starving all day, i also have the gluten free in the freezer if i have the need , i only like it for toast gluten free that is.

I think that Melatonin is good also the one i have you put them under your tongue, Also yes magnesium is a great one as well but the powdered form of Magnesium is so much better as it gets straight in to your system it is also great for the heart and good for cramps.

i think that you are to young to need one, i only had one this year cause my doc,gave it to me before i could say No....it did not have any effect on me i never got the flue either, But i want have one next year as if your healthy you should not need it.

Yes i agree to be honest, my favourite is cheese all types nice red wine anything really. At the moment i am tying to stay away from what , tempts me even going out to eat, Lets hope that when we get to our goal weight everything in moderation,in the mean time keep on track .

I just find that protein keeps me from being hungry to many carbs make me want to eat more,low fat cheese, omelettes ,yoghurts plus protein shakes are all good and almonds ect

yes i add some greek yoghurt,and coffee it makes a nice mocha shake,i also add some cinnamon, i always use skim milk and bamix it.

Hi i was doing body pump 3x weekly at first it is hard going but it gets to you i love it. the music is great the 1hr goes fast ,it is an all over body work out although you never get sweaty.
