This is exactly what I was going to say! I second this!

I noticed it first in my face.

What a transformation! Wonderful job!

What a difference a year makes! Congrats!

Truly inspiring! Thank you for sharing :)

I'm all for eating what you want, when you want, within moderation. I don't do deprivation, that's for sure. Eating is good!

What a significant loss. Congrats!

Victory is a victory! Good job.

Wonderful job!

What a fantastic loss! Congrats!

Patience! Honestly, if I knew just patience was all it took to get going and see benefits of CICO, I'd have been happier!

I did a walk at home video and a strength training workout!

I adore the swiss chocolate shake in the AM. I dislike eating breakfast so for me this is a great kick starter at the right amount of protein and calories for my needs. I like them. But as others have said, this alone won't make you lose weight. A calorie deficit will help you to lose weight. ;) If the shakes help you stay…

I usually eat a small breakfast, then lunch and supper. I have a snack after supper. So I guess that makes 4 meals for me! Honestly though, do what works for you. If 6 small meals work for you, then do it :)

Only one night a week when we order in, the food that sticks to the lid of the container doesn't count/doesn't get logged. Yup.

This exactly.

You can always contact them and see what's going on if it's still the same sync issues or not. Mine has been fine for awhile now. I'd suggest customer service to see if they can help you.

Thanks for the Jessica Smith idea, guys. Will try out some of hers sometimes. I have nothing against Leslie Sansone, I own most of the newer DVDs, I just need something different sometimes :)

Sleep!

I don't do cheat days. Cheat implies you're doing something wrong and it makes you long and crave for the next. Nope, not for me. I make what I want fit into my goal. If it doesn't, I exercise to burn it off or I eat less another day or few days to accommodate it. I eat what I want, when I want, how I want. I don't do…

I use Leslie Sansone's walk at home videos and Fitness Blender's videos for yoga, stretching, weight lifting/strength training, and kettlebells. For Fitness Blender's stuff, you can use water bottles or soup cans as weights if you don't have any. I live in an apartment as well on the upper floor so I understand your want…

Absolutely take a maintenance break!

Could just be that MFP isn't receiving data from the Jawbone and other servers, but is from the Google Fit one if that's what is syncing for you. TBH, been through this enough times to know to just let it be and let them fix it. Meh. No point worrying and getting frustrated over it as it won't help them fix it any faster.…

Seems that only half my steps for the day synced. Must be another issue somewhere! XD

Considering I've lost 75lbs thus far by mostly walking, I'd say it works. That and eating at a calorie deficit.
-
It could still be going on, not sure. I haven't been following if their networking issues are ongoing. I've had minimal issues with it whereas others have had major issues. Best would be to contact Jawbone Customer Service and ask them for a status report and to help you with the installation if need be.
-
You never get an adjustment with more than 5k steps? That seems strange though, depending on your settings. But if you're on sedentary, it should give you some adjustments throughout the day with that amount of steps. In any case, Jawbone has been having networking issues since Christmas, they're probably still trying to…

Cold/allergy meds are the only thing I don't log and that's just because it adds insult to injury to see the calories in the cough drops and stuff, haha. You're sick, why make it worse. XD But food wise/drink wise - every single morsel always.

Asking, sure. But no one can tell him yes or no he should or shouldn't eat the exercise calories back. Some will say yes eat all, some will say no don't eat any, some will say eat any range in between. It's something that's a personal preference that he needs to try out and see what works best for him based off of his…

This is up to you to figure out what works best for you and your goals.
