Does it need to be low carb? Why low carb? Why can't you use the foods you bought? Eating at a calorie deficit will lead to weight loss.

If you just started using the tracker, give it time to get to know you and your habits/patterns. It will readjust over time and give you less and be much more accurate.

Great job! Doesn't it feel great to hit your goals! :D

Personally, I eat what I want when I want how I want and make it fit into my goal. If it doesn't fit, I exercise to make it fit. If it doesn't, then I accept that it doesn't. I'm in this for a lifestyle change, not a diet and not short term. Once I get to maintenance, I will have treats, I will eat out when I want to, I…

People will tell you tons of different things. See what works for you. Personally, I weigh when I feel like it. Always in the AM, wearing nothing, after the bathroom, before eating or drinking for the day. But whenever I feel like it those mornings. Sometimes it's a few times a week, sometimes once a week, sometimes even…

Muffins surprise me the most, honestly. That and Second Cup drinks, haha. I miss my winter/holiday lattes but just not worth the calories!

No problem. It's annoying the crap out of me too XD

I log anything and everything no matter what. At least that way you have accurate of information as to what you're consuming. I eat what I want and go over when I want, but at least I have accurate nutritional values for what I've put into my body.

They are having network issues since Christmas; they are working to resolve it. Once it is, all data will be synced up properly.

I've been using Jawbone UP2 since May and I have no issues with it.

This exactly. And for what it's worth, I've been at this 15 months as well and lost 74 lbs. I do the slow & steady pace too. It's working for me! And if you are okay with the pace you're at, why not?!

If you logged exercise or have a fitness band synced, that could be it.

I get the odd strange friend request with a message, but not quite as to the point as that. XD Sighs.

I have a Jawbone Up2 that I wear. Been using it since May.

Considering I've already bought the DVDs that I want and I like to work out when I want and not because an app tells me to... no thanks :/
-
I agree and do this too!

Either of these two options seem the best to me. That's what I do and it helps to see the numbers first then decide. At least then you're making the decision.

Sometimes it just takes time for it to sync and give you the adjustment. They tend to have a lot of server issues on their end, I've noticed, but it always ends up syncing. If you are still having problems days later, email them for support and they will give you directives.

It seems many are in the same boat as you for that. All my Jawbone friends have left for Fitbit. Seems maybe I got the only Up2 band that isn't broken *knocks on wood*
