I'd imagine you can get pretty high in calories if you go with the theatres popcorn since the serving size is huge. I tend to steer clear because I don't enjoy it enough. Haha. Good luck.

Even just the FitBit vs Jawbone sleep comparison is interesting. Thanks for sharing :)
-
I recommend Fitness Blender as well!

I have this one but haven't tried it yet. Has anyone and can anyone say if it's a good one? :)

I'm new to this group as well. :) I just got 3 DVDs in the mail yesterday. I did a few from YouTube first. I adore it so far!
-
Mine seems to be fine today, no issues...
-
Todays seems to be fine and i am getting a positive adjustment. Just yesterdays wonky data is missing. At least all seems well now.

I consistently get 20-25% sound sleep and the rest is light sleep a night. Occasionally, maybe once every few weeks I get more sound sleep. Often it shows that I wake up 5 or more times a night, which I don't remember at all. So I too question how the information is gotten and displayed. Ah well. It's meant as a guide in…

So far this morning, I didn't get any of the missing steps from yesterday back and I went to check :/ I don't think those will be syncing at this point. Ah well. Good thing you have a back up band! That's one thing I don't have. When I can afford it, I want to get a FitBit Charge HR :)
-
Everything from noon onwards shows but anything before seems to not count.... Hummmmmm :/ hope that syncs up and fixes itself asap!
-
It was fine yesterday but now the same for me - I purposely walked around to get steps and nothing! It's as if I haven't taken a single step today :/ It looks as if it was going to give me like 15 steps then it reset back down to none. I guess it's not just you, Stef! It's all of us...

In the morning, first thing, on whatever day I feel like it. Sometimes it's once a day, sometimes once a week, sometimes once every once in awhile.
-
What is your setting on here? I'm set to sedentary and I usually get a positive adjustment after about 3,000 steps.
-
See what you like - try it all and see. I personally prefer working out at home and taking walks outside.
-
I'd be curious to see what the tech says, editorgrrl, and what the results come back as.
-
To editorgrrl - that should be interesting to see how the bands hold up vs what the experts say.
-
It's def a vague guide. I'm just curious as to how it works, how it knows. I know it can't be 100% accurate, I'm just curious how it gets its data and what constitutes light and deep sleep, those things. :)

I've added some, please feel free to add me as well: tararainville86@gmail.com

I just sent you a friend request on here and will send you one on Jawbone. I will mention though for Jawbone I don't really have friends on there and I may or may not be support there. But on here, I AM very supportive!

1hr 7K steps sounds like it could be accurate though. When I walk to the mall that takes me 1h1m, I get 6900-7000 steps in. And I do time it and do it often enough to know it's accuracey. It is indeed possible. As for the rest, couldn't say. But you can reset the tracker as editorgrrl says. I've had to soft reset a few…

When I downloaded the UP iOS updated, it did unpair my UP2 and the app but once I re-paired it and let it update, all has been fine, no other syncing issues. Frustrating though!

I second a physiotherapist for this.

I weigh in when I feel like it. Sometimes it's a few times a week, sometimes it's once every few weeks. It depends on how I feel.
-
I always weight and log it because then I am accountable.
-
Depends on your definition of it mattering.
-
I noticed it now - I last logged my weight in on here and it synced to the UP app. Woot!
-
I get an idle alert while I'm filing at work too. Or carrying files. The thing is your arm isn't swinging to register the steps thus it doesn't know.

I haven't been fortunate in my experiences to have found a good trainer. They all (the 2 of them before I stopped bothering) didn't listen to what my goals were or what I wanted to do, didn't take what I was willing to do into consideration, and built me a plan I couldn't do because of my injury. It was a waste of time and…

Yup. Those days are good for popcorn and Netflix. Le sighs.
