This Wednesday will be 1 month since I decided to get fit and I have nothing to show for it.

I haven't lost any weight either... I did lose some inches but my clothes don't fit any better. I'm tired of being soo sore I can't even hold my baby but nothing to show for it... but I feel like if I quit then everyone that knows I was doing the shred will look down on me for it.

I flopped on my bed and didn't move for about 30 minutes LOL. I also need a lot more room for Level 2 than 1 so I need to figure out a new workout location besides my bedroom!

I've pulled a muscle in my back somehow so I did not shred today. I hope it feels better tomorrow so I can get back to it!! One more day and we get to go to Level 2 *gulp*

I've done nothing but gain and lose back to starting weight then gain again and back down. I think I will never lose weight!! LOL

I don't get it either... I use the same scale and I usually do my weight three times to make sure it reads the same each time. The only thing I can guess is I am better hydrated by nighttime??? I don't know if that would have anything to do with it?

I hate those stupid static lunges, they kill my knees and legs!! I LOOOOOVE the side lunges!! It feels soo good to stretch those thigh muscles, I'm a weirdo. Oh and I love at the beginning doing those windmills, my back goes crack crack crack crack the entire way through and it feels awesome LOL

Just finished. The 18 month old did NOT want to let me work out today. I had to pause at least four times by circuit 2 to tend to him... then the husband came home and laughed at me. I told him to keep laughing because before long I was going to weigh 100 less than him!! Muahahahah!!

I switched to "no poo" so I only do baking soda and apple cider vinegar on mine. Has made it a lot softer but not any more manageable.

I would go ahead and take measurements or some pictures to visually track progress. I took pics the first day I started walking, Wednesday will be two weeks. I haven't looked at the pics since taking them but I FEEL like my belly flap is shrinking. It could be just me wanting to see progress though lol

I don't "officially" measure until Wednesday but I just stuck a tape around my wait and I am down an inch to make a total of two inches in a little less than two weeks. Everything else still measures the same though!

Freaking HATE those jumping jacks too!! Since they are all at the beginning I start thinking to myself ugh I just want to quit I hate these damn jumping jacks and I have to motivate myself to continue and get past Circuit 1!!

Probably all the crap I ate yesterday. I spent the entire day with friends so we had junky foods. Not much protein so I'm sure my body was starving for some! LOL

I walk with my kids, I wear the 18 month old on my back for extra calorie burn and I try to keep the pace pretty fast though my 4 year old tries to slow me down with his poking around!

Done with Day 4 here too! Tomorrow I am going to add in hand weights *faints* The absolute worst part of it for me is those squat things where one leg is behind you and you have to squat down... I can NOT make it through those without my thighs feeling like they are on fire!

I won't be shredding until later since I have a busy day but FINALLY after 9 days of working out I have lost ONE WHOLE POUND!!! I'm soo happy!!!!
