  • If you're logging everything you eat and weighing yourself regularly, when you hit maintenance time and start re-introducing higher carb foods, you will be able to track your progress. If you start gaining weight, dial-back what you're eating.

  • A friend of mine is also doing keto and when she carb binges (which is surprisingly often), she goes and runs for 30 minutes.
