Heya. I'm Rhonnda. I'm 54 and from the fair isle of Bermuda. I live with both chronic depression and anxiety disorder for which I am medicated. My wonderful husband is the one who suffers from it, but he loves me anyway. No children, though we have cats, birds and fish. (Yes, I do consider them family.) I work full-time…

Right around that point,. Feel free to add me. But I'll admit I'm struggling.

Man, this was educational.

Well, had a bad period late last night when I went crazy with plain M&Ms, but I logged them, so that's good, even if the numbers annoy me. Did well on the veggies yesterday and will do the same today, few concerns about that over the weekends. I did not do as well yesterday with water as I want, but nothing else but tea so…

Beautifully said.

How wonderful! Congrats on the weightloss and transition to who you really are. You have such strength of heart.

Hey, UnknownSister... when I started here ages ago I used the name BlueFamiliar. It was because both my sister and neice were on here and, well, I didn't want them to know in case I failed. I got over that and picked up my name. I'm actually happy about that. And believe me, trying to keep things separate is often hard. My…

Worked for a dive hotel that had a club which had male and female strippers, who stripped naked, as well as a tavern that had fights at least four times a week. Once a week we cashed pay cheques and by the end of the night you could barely speak from the counting otherwise the actual job was next to nothing save checking…

I'm just returning to MFP and would like more friends. A little about me. 52, married, no children, 5'7" and around 200lbs to lose.

Your story is inspiring!

I was certain that I posted yesterday. Ah well. I'm doing well in my week's goals. I'm actually tracking my weeks from Thursday to Wednesday, so I added in exercise to my goals. Not much but I'm just getting back to it. 5 minutes on The Beast (aka an elliptical) I do wear a fitbit, but my numbers are dismal. It's so great…

Bermuda. Wet. Windy as heck. 62F

Now I just want a good vindaloo

Getting back at it after a far too long hiatus. This week's goals, started as of yesterday.* Log all food every day, regardless * Increase number of vegetables in diet * More water, less soda and black coffee instead of cream and sugared * Post here daily

I love how strong my body is regardless of what I've put it through. Personality-wise... I'd have to say my stubbornness.
-
Wish I had some advice for you, but I'm only just returning myself after regaining most of my previous loss. Hopefully we'll both benefit from others' advice.

It's hard to say without knowing the original topic. But I suspect silence was a perfectly appropriate response. If you children are old enough, use the event as an example of how not to speak to another person. Oh, and I wouldn't be around that person again if I can at all help it.

I have a fitbit one, and love being able to track my steps and stairs. I had an ultra before, but it stopped charging after a year. Had a great experience with their customer support who made it possible for me to get my One at half price, even though I live outside the US/Canada and the Ultra was beyond warranty. Haven't…

Uhm... what? Personally I like BDSM erotica, I like erotica in general. I just prefer books that don't have me wanting to rewrite them in the first 20 pages of the first book.

you wear your bathing suit when going shopping in town your trainers are bright white, half the time so are your pants, through which I can see far more than anyone ever should. your shoulders and back and painfully bright red

The popularity of these books is an embarrassment to anyone who writes, anyone who reads, and women in general. Anyone who bought them should plant a tree in apology to the trees that died in order to make the paper for all those books.

Down here most people back into spaces. I will depending on the parking lot, some are just way too tight for me to pull it off easily.

Fernet Branca.

Uh... I don't really think there's much of a difference between Juice Plus and multi-vitamins as they are both supplements.

I have a cheap promotional soft side sixpack cooler bag from Tetley's English Ale.

I love non fat plain Chobani and consider it far more versatile than the other Greek yogurts. I'm not a big fan of their flavoured ones, however. I do like the others I've tried, but not nearly so much.

I wash my hair daily using whatever shampoo last caught my attention, this usually also means it's cheap. Sometimes, unintentionally, I wash it with body wash. I do not use a blow drier or other device aside from a brush. I do not use styling products.

Do not drink juice reconstituted with contaminated water.
-
Because I'm already in a snitty mood and don't mind being labeled as a 'rude' person. Drink juice.
