With all this planning, how does everyone keep off complacency and being bored. I have to switch everything up from day to day and I can feel myself burning out and making some bad decisions.

They taught me in weight watchers that if you ate a bad meal try to start over then and there. If you drop an egg on the floor do you say oh the hell with with it and slam the whole carton on the floor or the whole carton of milk. Maybe get some more excersie today and just remember.. you can start your day over at ANY…

I just registered for 5k today too and it is in 16 days! I haven't trained or anything. I'm soo nervous.. I should have taken more time to get ready.

how do you count your calories that you burned on DDR? I love that game but can't seem to get the cals burned. I was think a predomitor or a cheap heart rate monitor.. BTW I only got 10mins of advanced step in before work.. I am going to do DDR(Dance Dance Revolution) tonight..

You should really look at runkeeper.com.. it also has an app too.. You might like it.. Your weight loss is an inspiration :)

There is also another app for the Iphone that is like this website it is called runkeeper and it syncs with its website runkeepr.com. You don't have to be a runner, any activity will work. You can take it with you when you are excersing and it measures everything for you so you can track it. I love it. I use the combo…
