Saw this video (it was recommended to me by someone on a fasting forum) and it makes me think I had the right idea all along! Except I just need to work to failure (and skip the extra repetitions with lower weights.)

Thank you! Mostly, my goal is to be stronger. Some toning (legs) and bulking up/toning (upper body) would be nice. As a result, I try to start with arm exercises (because I will have more energy at the start of a workout), then I move to lower body. (I usually only work out one day a week, but I do the whole body at once.)

I didn't put the nutritional information for this recipe. It does have some sugar (about 11g if you use the same stuff as I do) but it's less sugar than the garbage I was used to using. I plan on weaning myself off of sugar in my coffee at all, but in the meantime I'm using this.

Does your favorite dive bar have vegetarian options? Sometimes there are veggie burgers and you can get a side salad with that and having a couple beers is very filling and delicious and low-calorie COMPARED to the more popular fare (ie: hamburger with cheese, bacon and fries.)
