Whey Protein Coffee Creamer

Hello! I've been working to make a low-sugar, low-fat solution to my coffee creamer craving and today I think I got perfection! I thought I would share it for those who have similar creamy coffee desires.
Ingredients you will need:
1 scoop of flavored whey protein (I've been using Jillian Michael's Triple Chocolate Shake Whey Protein, only because it was my first time buying whey, I wasn't sure if I would like it, and it was the smallest available container at my local Safeway. I'm sure another type of whey protein would be fine, and vanilla flavored whey would be delicious.)
1 Tablespoon fat free vanilla yogurt. (I've been using Dannon Light and Fit fat free yogurt.)
1/2 cup 1% reduced fat milk. (I haven't tried it yet with skim milk, but it might still be wonderful.)
Directions:
Add the whey protein, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Blend well.
Gives 2-6 cups of coffee a pleasant creamy texture, fllavor, and just enough sweetness. I've been using about 1/4 of the mixture for one full mug of coffee, and I have big mugs. The recipe can easily be halved if you don't drink that much coffee.
Tip:
Put the whey/yogurt/milk mixture into your coffee cup first, then add the coffee second. This makes a lovely, cappuccino-like foam on top.

I didn't put the nutritional information for this recipe. It does have some sugar (about 11g if you use the same stuff as I do) but it's less sugar than the garbage I was used to using. I plan on weaning myself off of sugar in my coffee at all, but in the meantime I'm using this.0
