  • When I get to that point I lean on a carryout option. Usually BW3 hot wings and celery and ranch or a steak salad from a Greek place. There are times when I'm just not feeling it but I will end up on a binge if I give in even a little.
  • My lifesavers have been eggs and avocados. Hard boiled, deviled or runny on top of sauteed veggies and/or meat or make ahead crustless quiche squares.   • Ugh. Same here. I broke down and ate ramen noodles and salt and vinegar chips. Salt was the only thing appetizing.
  • I've made them twice so far. Like a pasta, not so great but when I made it in a asian style noodle soup I thought it was really good. I rinsed really well and cooked longer than the package recommended.
  • Pepperoni and cheese, turkey rolled up with cream cheese and tomato, crustless quiche or guacamole with celery sticks. ETA.. Quick dinners- Thin steak over sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with runny eggs and feta. spicy shrimp lettuce tacos with avocado and hot sauce or a big taco or chef salad.
  • I like vinegar and oil, lemon juice and olive oil or a avocado dressing (ripe avocado, lemon juice, 1/4 olive oil and salt and pepper to taste).

I like to cook so finding to things to eat is not as much of a problem as finding the motivation to cook all the time (and the energy).
