  • I read an article recently that stated that if you begin to eat healthy, it will take about two weeks for you to feel better. I have found for myself, at about ten pounds I feel better. I am 5'2" 170 pounds. I need to lose 30 to 40 pounds.

  • You are awesome ! To stick to a diet and take care of yourself, AND the big one, eat better while being a caretaker, is just not easy. I have three siblings who have all had brain tumors. My Mom also takes wonderful care of herself while being a caretaker of sorts to them. It is a worthwhile endevor
