8 Months Down. What a difference.

Been up and down with the gym getting no where over course of 2 years. Lost a load of weight gained it back again.
June I decided to chat to a PT who has taken my training to a whole new level. Worked with my calorie logging here and we have tweaked.
Last few weeks I have found things challenging and trying to push through it so having a be proud of myself moment. Hopefully I can push through these challenges and take it to the next level again.

8 Months down and still loving hitting the gym. Had a bad back and could barely lift 20kg. Two weeks ago I deadlifted 155kg for a 1RM.
I need to keep going but this is a success in its own right.
