Add me if you'd like! I live in South Carolina, USA.
-
I'm trying to! Keep falling off the wagon into a pile of bread though. :(

I have 100 to lose total. 22 pounds down so far. Looking for friends with similar goals.

Right here! I'm so happy to see this thread. I could always use more LGBT friends.
-
Mine is open and anyone is free to add me. I've started a mostly Paleo / some gluten free products diet.
-
Hey feel free to add me if you want! I know how hard it can be to find supportive people. Weight loss isn't easy, and doesn't happen overnight and some people don't realize you don't necessarily lose weight every week. Welcome. :)

My end goal result (when I have lost about 120 pounds) I am going to get highlights in my hair and possibly a tattoo (which would be my first).

I log in everyday. All of my food journals are friends only so if you want to add me feel free! I have around 100 pounds to lose. :)

Fantastic! I am inspired to do my 30 day Shred now!
-
I work at a group home for adults with intellectual disabilities and I am working on my Master's Degree in Special Education.
-
I do the shred too and my knees often hurt. I do a "modified jumping jack/bounce" by bouncing from foot to foot instead of bringing both feet up/down together.

Prunes, Cherries and flax seed always work for me. Also, I've started eating low carb/high fiber tortillas and double fiber wheat bread which also seems to help. Drink lots of water (something I struggle with myself). And go to the Doctor if it doesn't improve soon, as it may be a blockage other GI issue. Take care.

I am 6'1, down 35 or so pounds....working on it. Still over 200!
-
Congrats! And thank you for the inspiration.
-
I've got about exactly 100 to lose. Add me if you want!
-
Tried to last night for the first time. 20 minutes of torture lol. It's good though and I understand how it will definitely work!
-
I just ordered mine!
-
I'm unmarried (but living with someone) and I'm a 31 year old grad student. :)
-
Congrats!

I am still over 200, but I waited until I lost 45 pounds to start running. I thought if I started at my heaviest weight it would be too hard on my joints. I am starting slow, with the end goal of running at least a mile.
