I love using the Xtreme Fitness High Fiber tortillas for wraps instead of bread... or instead of a flour tortilla... they are so soft like a flour tortilla... and I also love the Oh Yea Almond Bliss Bar or Peanut Butter Pie Bars... I order them on amazon

I'm 54ish :-) does that allow me in this group? I am back... DAY ONE is almost done here in TN. Drinking my WATER WATER WATER, eating VEGGIES & protein... cutting out the sugar. Logging my choices. Let's get moving in the right direction. 2019 will be great!

it REALLY is all about the NUTRITION what we put in our mouth that makes the most difference so don't be discouraged! It will be slow but slow and steady is good!
