  • eat fresh foods! I have no problem keeping it within range on days where I eat fresher. Its when I stray to processed foods that I will go over.

  • I would never be with anyone who thought I needed to change myself. I have been through abuse in a relationship before, and I will never go there again. My husband loves me for who I am and is constantly telling me I am beautiful.
  • I have seen a few out there that have a bit of padding to them. I am a large B and have just been using the regular Hanes sports bras. I am new to this and dont have a lot of money to invest in the "good" stuff. So while mine definitely flatten me out, it serves its purpose. Good luck!
  • if it were me, I would just splurge a little on the cake and make sure to do some exercising later. Maybe try to fill up on some of the healthy snacks so you dont want so much cake.   • the weight on my drivers license is 125. I was about 21 when I got it renewed and had just given birth and was breastfeeding (which burns TONS of calories and made me way too thin for my liking.   • to me, general gardening seems like pulling weeds and things like that. I think laying mulch is a lot more than general. Especially if you are breaking a huge sweat doing it.
  • If its working for you, then more power to ya. I personally dont go bowling on a daily basis, and my activity level is moderately low, so I think bowling would count for me. I do not count cleaning though. I DO count yard work, because that stuff breaks a sweat!
