Some of the options in the exercise database on this site are silly. You really should not be eating back calories burned while doing some of those activities, such as bowling or darts. Darts?? It reminds me of that online dating commercial where the dude stretches then hits the other guy in the chest (too funny!). Everything you do throughout the day is not "exercise" and should not be used as an excuse to eat more.

    No, some of it is funny, too be nice. I especially like cleaning. My rule is, if it didn't help me lose weigth before its not going to now.

    Thirded. We burn calories constantly, even in our sleep.

    If its working for you, then more power to ya.

    I personally dont go bowling on a daily basis, and my activity level is moderately low, so I think bowling would count for me. I do not count cleaning though. I DO count yard work, because that stuff breaks a sweat!

    The one that makes me laugh is food prep haha, I tell my self u cooked and cleaned when u were when u fat:laugh:
