When you're out at the store and someone tells you "have a nice day", do you first ask them if they're eating at least 1200 cals/day before telling them to "have a nice day", as well? Weird.

If a calorie is a calorie is a calorie, why are there people like Freelee (Youtube) who never gains weight even though she's like 110 lbs and eats 3-5k calories of fruit a day???

This is an interesting question. I've always wondered this myself. When I think of binging, I think of someone eating so much in such a short period of time that they feel sick, like they're going to throw up. But that could just be because when I think "binge", I can't help but think "purge" at the same time.

It's gauche to comment on somebody else's weight/body, even positively. Possible exceptions are if they have previously brought it up with you or you are very, very close to them. Otherwise, the closest I would get is to compliment their choice of outfit.

I dropped a lot of weight by eating one meal a day, around 11 A.M.. I didn't even find it hard to do so, unlike trying to eat 3-6 small meals a day, when your stomach is constantly ready for food, causing cravings.

Nope, it doesn't matter. I proved it several years ago.

The Walmart Equate shakes taste pretty good and include a whole bunch of vitamins. I use the ones with 350 cals each, because they make more sense as a meal replacement shake than the ones with only 190 cals. The chocolate is super tasty, like a milkshake! And you get 6 shakes for like $7.
