I had to break them into sets of 50 too but even that made me think I was dying. Haha. I finished them though and felt amazing afterwards! :happy:

I do the same thing. Anytime I set a goal no matter how easy I never manage to reach them. I like your idea about setting it to fitness and eating goals instead of a weight loss goal. I might have to try that too! :)

Congrats on the weight loss! That does suck about the rash though. I think heat rashes under boobs are one of the worst parts of this heat.

I have found that if I hit a plateau for about a week and can't seem to break it a cheat day helps. So far every stall I have had has been broke with a cheat day. Nothing extreme but more then my normal daily limits.
