It is probably the iron in it...i agree take it on a FULL stomach. Maybe the chinese food didn't have enough substance. Yes it has happened to both myself and my daughter. Try it again tomorrow.

I actually do. I try to burn 400-600 calories on my work-out days which is usually 6 days a week. Sometimes it's a little more. But I don't let myself stop without 300 burned at least. I vary what I do to burn those calories with running, incline walking/running, interval running, strength training, dvds, and so on. I…

I try to keep it under 400. My coffee is what kills it...120-150 calories with my FF flavored cream. Can't cut it out, but sometimes I cut it down. I find that if I don't have enough for breakfast I am STARVING the rest of the day. No matter what I have (big or small) I have to eat within 2 hours after breakfast!!

Actually 500 calories doesn't sound like alot for what it is....PASTA, cheese, cream pork and eggs...definitely a fattening meal...not worth it to me either. Maybe if you have a craving for it you should cut it down to a 1/4 cup so you don't feel deprived and then add lots of veges...

I have had the yoplait smoothies...they come in a big pink bag with 8 (i think) pouches...2 servings each pouch that you just add skim milk to in the blender...they are delicious and filling (as filling as a smoothie can be) :happy:

I started doing the DVDs and loved it so much that I am now taking classes. I definitely have noticed a difference since I have started in toning!! :happy:
