If you fill in the exercise log on here, it will tell you how many calories you need to eat automatically on your food diary. Otherwise yes, if you are eating say 1200 without exercise, if exercised 600 worth of calories you'd add them to the 1200. Not everyone eats them all back, but most people find it does work to eat…

Yes, exclusive breastfeeding burns off 500 calories a day, so add that to whatever you eat, you'll find the weight will come off easily with a healthy balanced diet, don't cut anything out. Drink plenty of water, but not too much as that can effect supply. If you are thinking of exercising too stick to low impact things,…

Sweetheart, do you have a counsellor or psychologist you can talk to more about these issues? You need to break the connection of being skinny to feeling good about yourself. I see you have post traumatic stress disorder as well, which again is another thing that needs to be worked on with therapy, the issues need to be…

I think you look fine weight wise, any smaller may be a bit much, I'd work on toning up if you were to do anything.

I crave carbs more, not too bad as I try to keep them lower all other times, so a nice slice of toast and chocolate spread as a snack, or a bit extra rice with my chilli keeps me quite happy!
-
Cider isn't too bad, better than beer anyway, not sure if you are UK or not, but Stella Cidre is only around 150 calories a pint, other than that I'd go for gin & slimline tonic.

Hi, I'm just on the border of Leicestershire where Warwickshire ends near Hinckley!
-
Incredible! A total transformation, very inspired by you!
-
Wow, she looks great and so much younger as well!
-
Yes definitely worth it!!!!!

the 30 day shed workout has really helped with my baby tummy. Pilates is good too as most of the exercise is focused around using the core muscles.

Yep, I always freeze bread! Not sure if you're in the UK but you can get half loaves over here too.
-
Yep I'm terrible for my binges & once i've had one thing I think well the damage is done now and have a few more (terrible I know!), best advice is to not keep anything in the house like that and eat nice big healthy meals so you don't get that craving! Tis easier said than done though - I know!

You need to net 1200 calories a day. So if you exercise say 300 calories worth, you should eat 1500 to net 1200. If you do no exercise, just eat 1200.

I find when I do my 30DS I go up in weight a bit, then if I have a break for a day or 2 it goes back down, mostly with a loss. It could be to do with muscles being tenser when exercising? However, even when my weight is up a bit I'm still noticing difference in clothing and inches. Plus I know I'm getting fitter, the…

Thanks guys, I just found the recipe tab where it works it out for you, and it's working out to about 150 calories per serving - which seems about right I think!
-
Brilliant work! I also have a baby tummy almost identical to yours, doing the 30 Day Shred dvd has really helped with mine. x

Couscous - that's what I swapped my pasta for!
-
Yep, what CristineD said! It's not recommended to do vigorous exercise as that can quite quickly affect supply, however walking is great and of course you can take baby with you, so it's easy to do as well. If you are exclusively feeding you need to add around 500 calories to your day, as well as any you gain from…

poached eggs, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and a couple of sausages if you fancy em! I have that on a Sunday & sets me me up for the day without being highly calorific & fatty!
-
I was the same, I stopped tracking it because of that & track sat fat now instead, more important than sugar I think.
-
I tried a bit of my son's Drifter McFlurry - it's disgusting, tastes yucky!!!!! Don't bother with it!
-
I'm doing 30DS at the minute, I saw and felt results within the first week!!!! Not so much weight loss, but I have dropped a dress size (I'm on around day 20 now). I would defo recommend it, you just need some hand weights to do it with.
-
Excellent! Very inspiring! Well Done! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

I'd say leggings as well or over slim fitted jeans with a nice long jumper or top over them. They look nice too over some chunky knit thick tights and a denim skirt.
-
I'd take something for myself defo! A nice bit of salmon - yum, perhaps take an extra bit so you could offer some to someone else too?
-
Stir fry! Get some noodles, stir fry veg, a nice sauce with the prawns - there you have it!
-
Weights are used in level 1 too.
-
 HA!

Yep, circuit training, around 230ish calories.
