I take Flintstone Complete, 100% of nearly everything, especially iron. Never had trouble with them...the cromium in some adult really messes with my metabolism and causes me to feel constantly hungry.

Okay...as a single person I see I am spending far too much on food...just for me I spend $200-400 a month...I make my own bread, unless I am pressed for time, because I don't eat HFCS and the breads without it are $4/loaf here. Generally, (not always as this week shows) I prepare all my own meals as well. I don't drink…

As a diabetic I eat ~every 4 hours or else I am sunk. This is a huge change for me. I added Jif and banana sandwich to my snack list, especially on the days I have to work early, since I have a boss who doesn't like us to get breaks. I can eat that in a couple minutes and be good for several hours.

Supposedly it makes them lighter and fluffier...I use water or sometimes milk for my scrambled eggs at home, makes them light and fluffy with out doubling the calorie count.

I am definitely glad I had planned a lightish dinner...all I had to do was tweak it a bit bring down the salt (a huge issue for me) and the carb count. I will definitely look at calories before going out, but wow, I would not have expected that. Even knowing better since I am still amazed/appalled at what they put high…

Sweet Hawaiian Crock-Pot Chicken 2 lb. Chicken tenderloin chunks 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce Combine all together, cook on low in Crock-pot 6-8 hours...that's it! Done! Serve with brown rice and you have a complete, easy meal!!
