Yep, I as well. LOVE Green Peppers they HATE me...*sigh* I miss stuffed green peppers. Onions make me gag unless they are cooked...usually in an onion ring, but must crispy coating and soft onion.

Isn't "breakfast" whatever you eat after sleeping? I usually have to be awake and up for a couple of hours before I eat; but not always. My breakfast might be leftovers from last night's dinner, 'cause I don't eat cereal and I probably don't feel like taking the time to cook anything.

I work in a chain store as well. I took the middle calorie intake after calculating it on, sorry, another website (already think MFP's info is way off) on some days I can burn as many calories as I take in, so although my goal is set at a number it is not written in stone, I allow up to 200 calories over for those days.…

Sorry but muscle doesn't weigh more than fat... 1pound = 1 pound whether it's muscles, fat or feathers...a pound of muscles takes up less volume (space) than a pound of fat, it also burns about 9 more calories per hour than a pound of fat, but it doesn't "weigh more than fat."

I do the cook as usually and eat leftovers...I also use cooking for two from pillsbury.com it's a tough transition from cooking for many to cooking for one (I used to cook for all of my friends until I moved)
