  • I has the same problem I think what you have to do is get the person's email address and send an invite.....they will accept the invite at least that's what I had to do.

  • I have to agree with most of the posts, keep a food diary it really tells the story.... I'm sure that will help you to see where you need to adjust and get past the plateau

  • That is so very true my family was the same way we only ate out on Fridays. The last few weeks I have been cooking everyday except Fridays because it is easy to eat hamburgers, fries, etc all processed food is a huge cause of being overweight!
