Been trying to lose 15 lbs. for a long time. Nothing is working! Stay the same weight whether I work out or not.

    Have you kept a food diary? Have you measured portions? This has been a rude awakening for me about how good I thought I was being and when I started to log in the meals, I was eating WAY more calories than I ever thought. Good luck!

    For me the food diary is essential to my weight loss, plus the support I get here

    Me too. Snacks (and weekend meals) were adding up to way more than I ever thought I was eating. Sometimes my snack calories were MORE than a meal by the end of the day. Not good!
  • I have to agree with most of the posts, keep a food diary it really tells the story.... I'm sure that will help you to see where you need to adjust and get past the plateau
