  • If all else fails, you may just need a break for a week. That's helped me. Keep watching the diet and leave the workout routine aside for a week. Then when you do go back, start with a completely new routine such HIIT on the elliptical or light weight HIIT instead of cardio. HTH and Good luck!

  • Short answer is YES! Spin Class was what got me through my plateau a couple years ago. I still use it but only on occassions as i'm currently hooked on TRX. I recommend you take it easy at first and find your own rythem. The class can be very intense for starters.
  • Spinning classes are what help me through my plateu on my journey to lose my first 50lbs. it can be a bit tough and initmidating. But also very rewarding. You will get better over time. Most instructors are cyclists by nature so don't be upset if you can't keep up with an instructor that probably did 50miles before getting…
