Fantastic! Your post inspired me, I started walking again this morning. I was on here a year or more ago and now I am back. It really worked when I logged on every day and tracked everything I ate. Keep on going!:happy:

Hi, I need support too, I joined before and lost 18 lbs but didn't stick with it and gained it all back. Congratulations on the 6 lbs! I hope to join you on that number. The ONLY thing that worked for me is having a walking buddy, I know that every morning at 6 AM she is at the track waiting for me so I don't dare not get up and go, we walk and talk for 45 minutes and the time goes by very quickly. Logged 2.4 miles of brisk walking this AM. I can't seem to get myself to start the strength training although I know it would really help! I think that stressing burns double the amount of calories!! :ohwell:
