  • I just got mine this week, I LOVE IT!! 6AM its where you will find me....the only thing I can say is dedicate a space for it if you can in front of a TV and DVD....its not hard to put away....but if its set up you are more likely to use it! Its been 4 days and I already look and feel different!

  • Try eating very light one day and a big steak...not trimmed, and either an apple, or grilled onion for dinner....no work out the next day..usually gets me unstuck!
  • If it is a digital...they do act like that when the batteries are weak...also it will do that if you dont stand in the exact same place...put your big toes on the same spot every time you weigh...hope this helps!
