DonnaRe2012 - maintenance: 1912cals, weight loss: 1530, extreme weight loss: 1320 I use Calorie Calculator to see what I need to do. I'm 47, 5'5" and 196 pounds. just joined the group :smile: thanks for posting it. I was going to get one from Wal Mart to start out with and fill it with sand to weigh it down some. They had large ones that almost reach my belly button.

For a while I have been toying with the idea of using a hula hoop and was going to buy one from wally's world on Monday. Just for starters and go from there. I saved those websites, thanks :)

I did do one of the pancakes (just removed the bananas out of it) and it was pretty good. I really want to try out the red velvet ones!!! Can't wait to try that one.

I caused the arthritis in it to flare up so much that I couldn't even move my arm. When I lift any weights, it flares up so fast (even with low weights). I want to slowly work my shoulders up to where I can lift low weights. I'm looking into tai chi and yoga dvds and I have a book that I need to find that had some work…

I normally have a meal bar (@180cals). I don't have time for a breakfast and with food allergies, it takes time to make something I can eat. Weekends I do have a good breakfast.

we either avoid the place or I'll sit and drink something. I once ate a meal bar since I had it with me. Most places are understanding and don't have too much of a problem with it.

diesel is $4.09, at least that was last night unless I drive 20 miles into the next state and I can get it for around $3.75. reg gas is $3.75 down the street (that's 6 miles as the crow flys).

thanks for all the help. I use to weight lift but even that didn't help me any. I did injure my shoulder a while back so I haven't touched weights since then. I may try again but go really low to start off with, like 3-5 pounds while doing some dance workouts (at home) and go from there.
