LMAO!!!! Good thing I wasn't eating anything. At times I also laugh when someone farts, whats even funnier is when they fart and look around to see if anyone heard/smelt it.

I have the same problem and no matter how much I worked out (weights and cardio), It never seemed to help. I even had my thyroid checked. My metabolism is just slow. :grumble:

Just change one thing at a time to get going and log it in. Start with breakfast and after a week or a few days, then add lunch to it. That's how I started. I haven't bought that one yet, but I may get the EA one as well as the zumba one as well. I did a research for the wii and most people said that the calories burned isn't what you really burned. I couldn't find an exact calorie count for it. Sorry

Just remember that you are losing and keep that in mind. It's hard I know, for the past few days, I've let go and gained almost 3 pounds back. The advice the others gave is sound and good. Work out too.

They post around the average protein here but it's okay to go over ... better that than going over on the fat content...... You seem to be doing great too :) Keep it up

you don't want to go too low or you will start to feel bad as look too thin.... check your BMI and go from there. I see others have already posted your BMI. The small goals is a great idea!!

I already have deflated party balloons for breasts.... so i don't have to worry about losing them (sigh).... I kept a lot of my clothes as I grew so I'm glad about that ..... no spending $$$$ I don't have..... I hate the wings I have grown on my arms. The begining of the loose skin on the stomach area....
