  • Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm starting to wonder if I'm not eating enough (I currently eat between 1200-1300 a day). I lost 40lbs in my later 20's (gained 30 of it back) and it's just not coming off as easily this time around. I refuse to give up though! Thanks again everyone :)

  • I'm not sure which city you're in but i did the same and go to the Irvine, CA location and i love it! I push myself way harder then i would if i just went to the gym, the instructors are awesome and you get a great workout! Enjoy!

  • I eat one every morning during the week days with an apple for breakfast. The creamy peanut butter one is my favorite. With my apple it comes out to be about 275 calories, so no stall in weight loss here!
