  • I was doing the same as you & feeling the same way. Once I started eating more everything balanced out. I average about 1400-1500 calories a day and feel much better.

I noticed the headaches, bloating & constipation were gone. I miss the fizziness of the drink & to be honest I fill the cup full of ice & then the soda. It's still hard…
  • You can't. Just start over again tomorrow. Do not berate yourself over this because that's how you fall off the wagon and go back to your old ways. If it tasted good, enjoy the memory but strive to do better tomorrow and the next day. We ALL go over some days.

  • I'm 5"4 and my starting weight on 7-30-12 was 236. I'm at 232.5 with minimal exercise and sticking to around 1400 calories a day. I'll be adding at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week starting today. My goal is 175 because I'd like to keep my curves. Add me if you like :)
