I try to do at least half my body weight (83 oz) But I always make sure I get in 64oz.

I do 3 meals and 3 snacks. My breakfast and lunch are usually a little less than 300. I have to have that third snack because I'm a night owl. Usually up until 1-2 am. So I usually have something high in fiber at night.

I try to stick to 200 carbs. Most days Im under but i do go over some days. But usually not more than 20

Hey y'all. Week 9 is going ok. Did chest and back last night had to modify because of my shoulder. I have Plyo tonight, really looking forward to it. Im leaving tomorrow for vacation but I will be taking the dvds and weights with me. I'll check in when I can. Keep up the hard work everyone.

Week 9 starts tomorrow!!! Im still have to modify because of my shoulder. I start physical theraphy Wednesday. So I'll see what they say.

I finally saw the doctor. She put me on Celebrex and I'm going to get an x ray tomorrow. It sucks not being able to work my arms. But I'm still keeping up with my legs and cardio.

I had mine removed 3 yes ago because of cancer. I take synthroid now. You have to work a little harder but you can lose weight with thyroid problem. make sure your taking your med everyday on an Empty stomach. :)

Week 7 for me. Couldn't do yesterday's workout because of my shoulder. So I jogged and hit the stair master. But I will be doing plyo today. my shoulder is getting better from me just resting it but I'm still gonna see the doctor on thursday. Keep up the good work everyone

Ok I have another problem. I've been having pain in my upper arm for a few days and it's getting worse. I can't lift my arm out 90 degrees with pain. I think it's my deltoid muscle. My hubby wants me to see my doc but I'm scared she's gonna tell me to stop lifting weights. I'm halfway through this program and I'm loving…

I do all the moves during the break. It's still not going up. I'm pushing myself as hard as i can.

Im finishing my 6th week of P90X. I just did Kenpo X. I couldnt get my heart rate up to 153 where it need to be. I stayed between 120bpm and 135 bpm. It seems that its getting too easy. Is this normal after 6 weeks?

Well I've only been out running at night with my husband. But would feel comfortable running in my neighborhood alone. My neighbor walks at 1am. I would carry a small can of mace if possible just to be on the safe side

Im on week 5. Did Back and Biceps last night. Im losing inches. I had to take back the new workout pants I bought because they were too big. The weight is steady coming off as well. Keep it up everyone you're doing great!

I try to do 6 meals a day. Most days I only get in 5 because I get busy and forget that snack between breakfast and lunch. But give it a go you'll eventually get used to it.

Tomorrow is my rest day. I think I will do Stretch X to get my body ready for Phase 2 which starts Monday!! I really looking forward to phase 2

Im on day 3 of the first recovery week. Im just finishing up breakfast. Once I get my little one settled Im gonna do Kenpo then get a jog in later on this evening. Keep up the good work everyone
