I start my Week 4 recovery today. Im still shocked that I've made it this far. I've gotten so much stronger in the last few weeks especially in my legs. Im loving it. Looking forward to the next few weeks. Im suppose to have surgery in the next month or 2. So I'll really tyring to get fit and lose as much weight as I can…

Just got back from the gym not to long ago. Gonna rest up a bit eat lunch then do Kenpo. I have somewhere to go tonight so Im gonna try it this afternoon. Im gonna have my kids do it with me they love to try to do the exercises too

My kids are finally asleep. Guess I should get off this computer. Arm & Shoulder and ARX tonight. Unlike last week Im still a little sore from chest and back.. I figure its because I was able to do more push ups.

I had my thyroid removed a few yrs ago. I didnt gain weight at first either. Having the surgery actually made me want to lose weight and get in shape, So I joined ww and worked out for 2hr a 5 days a week. I lost weight pretty easy. Legs and Back is the hardest for me too. I burn the most cals with it. Im really starting to like KenpoX

The first time I did Kenpo I burned 394 cal. The second time which was tonight I burned 410

The first week I was so sore I made my husband carry my 1 yr old. Even just up to bed. But my the end of the week the soreness went away

Just finished Legs&Back and ARX. Wow what I work out. I was a little tired today but I finished. Now I feel pretty good. One more day then I get a day off. Kenpo tomorrow!! burned 515 calories

Did Day 3 wk 2 Shoulder, Arms and ARX. Gonna need to get some heavier weights before next week. ARX still kicked my butt but for the first time I was able to do 25 In & Outs!!!!:happy:

i went on youtube and searched until I found some workouts that I liked. Then I justed added them to my queue. Theres tons on there.

Did day 1 wk 2 last night. Its getting easier for me to do the push ups and ARX. Sitll have a ways to go though. I have a problem I cant seem to get enough calories in each day. I do P90X plus jogging. So most days I burn between 500-700 calories. What are you guys doing to get in the extra calories?

Day 1 Wk 2 tonight. Cant wait. I was suppose to start wk 2 last night. But my hotel room didnt have a dvd player. So I hit the treadmill instead. Chest and Back & ARX !!!

I would also like to see the running schedule. I've been jogging on the treadmill to keep in jogging shape because I plan to do some 5ks this spring/summer

Just finished day 5 of P90x. Leg&Back and Ab Ripper. Wow what a great workout. Gotta do Kenpo X before I fly out to DC in the morning

I have legs and back, ab ripper tonight. Im leaving tomorrow for a kids/husband free weekend with my sister down in DC. I hope I will be able to walk around the city.

Day 3 of P90x Arms & Shoulders and Ab Ripper X. Was still sore at the beginning of the work from Sundays chest and back. But the soreness got better through the workout. Feeling really great!!:smile:

Monday question: How have you included your family in your lifestyle change? I have always made sure my kids ate pretty healthy. They all also do sports and swimming year round. But I recently convinced my hubby to start p90x with me. Im still trying to get him to change his eating habits

Im still sore from Chest & Back Sunday. Have arms and shoulders tonight. Hope I wont be using alot of the same muscles...lol. I am continuing to jog, thought I was gonna be super tired.. But so far its going good

I have a Fiber One bar everynight before bed. Sometimes I'll have a banana with it. It hasnt affected my weight loss

I did Day 1 last night. Im going out of town this weekend and didnt wanna miss too many days of the weekout. I really like Your Shape. there are alot of different programs on it. But it does under estimate your calories. Its best that people use a HRM.

It depend on the size of the kettlebell and the intensity of the workout. I personally burn around 150 calories with the 15 min workout I do. I use an 8lb ball. I plan to increase the weight in the next week or so. I love the quick workouts

I have Your Shape for the kinect. I use my heart rate monitor to count my calories because the game under estimates. But with a 45 min workout I usually burn atleast 385 calories.
