I'm gonna have to quit the program. I have a hernia and I'm getting it fixed Tuesday. Doctor said no heavy lifting for 6 weeks. So keep up with the great work everyone. I hope you all get great results from the program

Pump & Shred and Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit today. Im so happy tomorrow is my rest day. Still loving my Pump workouts. Next one will be Pump Extreme....Scared!!!!

The tracks are longer in Revolution plus they added a tricep and a bicep track. Loved it.

Today is my rest day. I did Pump and Shred yesterday. Thank goodness its my rest day because Im sore. Tomorrow I officially start Insanity so Im gonna alter the schedule and only do LMP twice a week. Today is cardio day for me so no weights. Will most likely go for a run. You guys are gonna love Pump and Shred! A friend of mine is a week ahead of me and she said that Pump Revolution left her very sore the next day OUCH! I have that one Wedensday. Keep up the great work everyone!

Im starting Insanity next week. Im gonna try to do Insanity in the mornings then LMP in the evening. Luckily LMP is only 3 days of lifting.

Its pretty fun. I really like it. I'm actually burning more cals than I thought I would doing it. Today I did 50 mins and burned 477 cals. The moves aren't too hard. You should get it. Totally worth the $19 price

Yesterday I did Pump & Shred and a 20 min run. Starting to see more muscle tone in my arms and thighs. Today I'll be doing Shaun T's Rockin Body and HardCore Abs

I did Pump and Burn this morning also. After that I did Rockin Body's HardCore Abs. I tweaked my back today during P&B. Luckily tomorrow is Hard Core Abs and Flow then Friday is a scheduled rest day. So hopefully I'll be fine by Saturday where Im scheduled for Pump and Shred. Keep you the great work ladies you're doing…

Week 5 Day 1. Pump and Shred 45 mins. OMG those lunges killed me. Well so did shoulders after all those pushups. Followed it with HIIT 15. Cardio day tomorrow

Doris I didn't care for Challenge either it was too short and easy. So what I did was add Pump and Burn with it. Now Im only doing Pump and Burn with between 30-40lbs on the bar. Next week I start Pump and Shred I believe it 55 mins. I can't wait. Im sure I'll be going back down in weights then working myself back up

I really wanted to do the live classes but the closest one is an hour away, They only offer it at 9am and 6pm those time just don't work for me because my kids starts at 9 and my husband work nights :(

Just checking in with todays workout, Did Pump and Burn its getting easier so I'm glad next week I'll start Pump and Shred. I decided to do TurboFire HIIT 25 afterwards felt great!

They may have changed the clips because a lot of people were complaining about them not fitting the barbell.

I keep hearing good things about Combat. Glad to hear you like it too. Today is Week4 Day2 for me Rest day and man I need it. Tomorrow is Pump & Burn and I'll also throw in some cardio nothing too intense though.

My legs are killing me too. But its so worth it. I've already lost an inch in my thighs. Thank you squats and dead lifts!!!

Oh yeah you'll love Pump & Burn. The first time I did the squats track my legs were shaking so bad I could barely do Leg and back! Felt awesome though!!!

Im on my 3rd week of the program. After the first day I skipped Challenge because it was too easy for me. I do Pump & Burn now with 15lbs-20lbs on each side and sometimes I'll do Challenge afterwards. Im loving it so far. I also do extra cardio!

I just checked my activity manager and between 5:15 and 6:15 while I was cooking dinner and cleaning the dishes I burned 150 cals
