Well I just started zig zagging my calories. I've been atva plateau for awhile now. Because of me not eating enough during P90X. But I eat pretty well though. I eat clean most of the time.

Oh I don't separate them. I just glance at my HRM to get an idea of what I'm burning in each class and to check to make sure my Heart rate is going down. I stop my HRM after stretch 10 is done.

My HRM shows me burning about 300 during Fire 30 and 60-70 during stretch 10

Day 4 for me. Did Fire 30 & Stretch 10. I've only been doing this a few days but my hunger has increased alot. Is this normal. Even when I did P90x I don't recall being this hunger all the time.

Hey can I join! :). Just started TurboFire Saturday. So today was my rest day. Really looking forward to the workout in the morning :). I'm also finishing up 30DS. Should be done Thursday with it.

Yes after breastfeeding 4 kids I will probably be getting breast implants after I've reached my goal and stayed there for a few months

Hi I'm Tasha SAHM of 4 kids ages 13-2. I'm currently doing 30DS I start level 3 tomorrow. After that I will be doing TurboFire and continuing to jog. I wanna lose 10-15 more pounds. Mostly tone up!

Im doing MWF. By the weekend I really wore out. Before this program I worked out 6 days a week. Now I find that Im doing the 3 days and MAYBE one cardio day. But thats how I know Im getting a good workout though. Im really starting to see the definition in my arms.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I'll lower them back down I plan to stock up on fruits and veggies. I'll keep drinking my protein shakes too

My kids can eat all day. But they also run around and jump around all day. They are constantly running up and down the stairs. I see why they are always hungry. I make sure there's plenty of fruit, pretzels, nuts, yogurt and cheeses for them to eat. They do eat junk like cookies and chips but honestly will go to the fruit…

I did my 4th Workout A from Stage 1 today. Im still not sure if Im doing the step ups right. I looked on youtube but it seems like everyone is doing them different. Does anyone know a link to someone showing them the way NROWL wants them done. BTW loving the workout. I squatted 90lbs today felt great!

They will give you a key card when you come in the first time. After that you'll just need to tell them your number or show them the card. Pretty easy :)

I had a great workout this morning. My HR got up to 171 while doing lunges I thought my heart was gonna jump out my chest. Felt good though. :)

You should check out some local dance studios in your area. Most of the ones in my area offer unlimited classes for around $30 a month.

I drink green tea. I get the real stuff from an organic health food store.

You should wait at least 4 hours between the two. The calcium and iron in the multivitamin can affect your thyroid meds.
