Yes. I ignored that fact for a long time. I found that when I get 8 hours of sleep I lose more weight and look less bloated even if I don't workout.

Since you're new to logging you're going to have to experiment a lot to see what works for you. Always be honest with your logging. See what you use the most calories on and try another option. I know it sounds simple but it's really just trial and error.

Good point. I noticed a huge difference when I adjusted my lunches.

I really try to get 8 hours of sleep. I eat fruit after lunch. I try to work harder in the morning and allow extra break time in the afternoon. I definitely understand the struggle.

I can't believe I'm confessing this but....if I weigh myself in the morning and then go to the bathroom, I always re weigh. It's not a big difference but makes me feel good.

100 ounces is my daily goal but my body is fine if I get 50-75 instead. I keep a 24 ounce tumbler with me at ALL times so it's not really a chore. The chore part? Peeing. All. Day. Long.

I use coffee as a mid morning pick me up and appetite suppressant. Also when I get to work I make 24 ounces of hot herbal tea right away. Basically staying really hydrated in the morning and coffee keeps me fine until lunch.

I watch my favorite TV shows at the gym. So I'm that person. It keeps me off the sofa and I'm not bored.

The Trader Joe's 100 calorie chocolate bars actually work for me. The milk chocolate is so good that I feel satisfied with 1. And that never happens to me with chocolate. Also try pairing a small amount of delicious chocolate with healthy tea and savor it. Chocolate is supposed to be enjoyed and not a regret.

Try drink dandelion root tea. It's can help clean your body out the same way. However after a day I recommend stopping and only using when you need it. Those teas promote weight loss but really just force crap out of your body instead of actual fat. Save your money for healthy food instead.

Stay on positive social media. Whenever you feel unmotivated come on here. I follow motivational people on tumblr too.

I feel bad sometimes when I eat back my calories but I guess my body needs it. I do find that I get hungry more often since I work out regularly even on the days I don't workout.
-
Lol I practically study menus and nutrition facts. Not just for low calorie but to make sure I'm getting nutrition if I'm going to have a high calorie dinner. I agree. It is smart.
-
As long as I eat healthy most of the time and workout at least 3 days a weak I'm good. I used to punish myself for missing a day. Now I let it go. The scale shows it's working.

Stay hydrated with lots of water. Tea helps too. Also, snack! Pre measure nuts and bag them up. Also fruit is amazing at curbing hunger because they're hydrating and full of fiber.

Maybe part of the problem is putting in 110% and then falling off later. Please don't go into a "diet" thinking "Ok, no more candy ever." It's not healthy. You can have anything in moderation. Please ignore dieting as a whole and work on having a lifestyle that makes you happy. Find healthier meals that are so damn good…

I worked out on my day off. I had a pear for a snack.

I personally don't like my diary to be critiqued. It's like when you yell at a dog for crapping on the floor they don't stop doing it they just hide it better(classy metaphor huh?). I keep my diary 100% honest. If I want feedback I will post about it.

I have had a similar change. I used to LOVE peeps and I had to giveaway what I had in my house because they are just too sweet for me.

What had helped me from eating so much is saying to myself why I'm eating. Ex: I am bored.(number one reason for me) I feel like I should be snacking during this show. I am so sad today. After saying it to myself for awhile it helped me make better choices. So when I say, "I am sad." I go online(or on my phone) and find…

It's disgusting and hard to imagine that people still do it. The amount is pretty low where I walk(when I do walk). Thank you for being part of the solution.

I always get the warm fuzzies inside when I see pregnant ladies at the gym. Such an inspiration.
-
Listen to your body. Get enough sleep. And make sure you're hydrated. Good luck.

Same. Hate you. (thinks about Oreos for the next 15 mins)

I keep posting because I keep thinking of things. Like french fries. When I order fast food the cals in french fries are usually more than my sandwich. Crazy.
-
I don't really do milkshakes but when I see how many cals are in them; it's always ridiculous. I don't see how people have them often. It would be one of those once or twice a year items for me too.
-
A bag of vending machine fried pork rinds 80 cals. REALLY omg omg omg yes! A bag of Famous Amos cookies from vending machine 280 cals. 2 poptarts(how a serving is typically presented) 400 cals. That will always shock me. Now that I have MPF I can make better informed decisions on the go.

I get hungover easily and have had some of the worst. I highly recommend getting as much rest as possible and fluids if you can hold them down.
-
If it's during the workweek I usually just run out the door and have a piece of fruit after the gym then eat breakfast at my desk at work. If it's not a workday I usually have fruit before a workout then breakfast after.

Omg I saw it on tumblr and immediately ordered. I love the Chocolate PB2 but I use both. I am definitely reordering soon.
