  • I also was diagnosed last year with PCOS. My doctor put me on Metformin and had me go on the Ideal Protein Diet. The diet was very restrictive but worked super well! I am wearing clothes I have not wore in years! I have lost 35 pounds, my cycles have became more regular, I have more energy, and my cramps have really been…

  • Seems a little on the high side but I guess I am not really sure as we raise our own beef so we only pay for the butchering. You also did buy some really good cuts and got fresh meat right from the butcher shop. Maybe it isn't too bad then, I know that cattle prices are high right now.
  • Oh I am such a dork! I did not see the weekly option under the nutrition! Here I have been just adding them up myself! Thanks!
  • I like to weigh each morning. I don't worry too much if I gain a little on one day or don't lose any on another as long as my weekly weigh in (which is on Friday) is down from the previous week. I will also measure once a week and set weekly goals.
  • I have 13 left to go! I set a goal to reach it by May 15th. I should be able to hit that by then! I am supper excited to start toning up and looking good in my summer clothes. I fit them, just need to tighten some areas up now! LOL
  • I had a really hard time losing weight without going low carb! I spent hours in the gym with hardly any results! So last spring I did the Ideal Protein Diet for six weeks. I did not have many issues gaining the weight back. As long as I followed my maintenance plan and remember to be really good after a bad day!
  • too many "feels"[/quote] I am a touchy feely kind of gal!
  • Sorry you feel I was judging you, I was simply stating that your post sounded rude to me. Sorry but I do feel you could have stated your answer a little differently. That is how I felt when I read it at least. The other part was just a general comment about some of the posts that I read on here.
  • I did not flag your post but I think who ever did flag your post did it maybe because you are being kind of rude. Maybe you didn't mean for it to come across that way but it did. You are not the only one. This is a place for people to get help and support. I wish more people on here would remember that when replying to…
  • From what I understand from the articles that I have read the body will burn alcohol first. So instead of burning the fat you already have in your body it is going to go after that alcohol. As long as you stay away from too many drinks with high carbs and sugars and stay within your calorie allowance you should be fine.…
  • I hope it works for you too! Good luck! I am trying to get back into "summer shape"!
  • I just started using one. I am borrowing my aunts while she is remodeling the room she had it in I am really liking it. The first time I did it I used a higher resistance level and was pretty dang sore. I am not sure how long I am really on it, I just am following the beginner exercises that are in the manual. I lowered…
  • Oh chips are very addicting! I just don't have any at home and I don't bring any cash to work with me so I am not tempted to buy the little snacky chips from the vending machine! If I buy them I eat them! :\
  • SW Minnesota!!
  • Oh my gosh, that is so what I do! I kind of just plain crave salt anyway though!
  • Hey I also just started on 04/08. I lost six pounds my first week! They set me up with a pre food menu. Most of the stuff I did not care for. This past week I tried a bunch of other food and have found some that I don't mind! Have you found any foods that you like yet?
  • I did break mine by not working out so hard. I ate the same but cut my workout time in half. Good luck!
  • That is awesome! Way to go! Enjoy that size small T!! :flowerforyou:
  • Love it! I wont tell!!
  • I just started today and guess what, one of our customer brought it lunch for all of us. Now that was very sad having to smell all of that wonderful food while I nibbled on a bar and ate my veggies! Next week I have my bowling banquet also, that will stink big time but I will maybe DD for the neighbors! That will at least…
  • I am not sure what a block and a squeeze are, how much do those weight? My husband and I (mainly my husband  ) bales all the hay we need for our horses and cattle. We sell most of the alfalfa and the grass hay that isn't as nice since we only feed alfalfa during calving and when my girls foal and we keep the really…
  • Oh my gosh, LOL I think I would wet my pants if I seen you wearing that shirt! That is just too good! I for sure think that is the best pick up line!
  • So only my boobs jiggle when I ride my horses…
  • Thanks for posting, I have been doing cardio first but maybe I should start lifting first. Maybe I will be able to lift more instead of feeling like a wimp!
  • It all depends on the person. If you are sweating and working out a lot you will need more. I don’t force myself to drink 64 oz I just drink when I am thirsty, but most days I feel like drinking at least that or more. Probably Because I work out on a daily basis and sweat more than my horse on a hot day trail riding! LOL…
  • Just do your thing and don't worry about anyone else. Most people are doing the same, they have no interest is what you are doing. I do like to go with a friend though, makes me feel more comfortable than being on my own! Then I have someone to talk to about how much I lifted and how many reps I did. Just keep going, soon…
  • Yep my crack doesn't show but I look for the jeans that aren't the super low. Also they are making a lot of "no gap" jeans now days. I wear a lot of Wranglers, only because they are long enough for riding plus they seem to have the fit that doesn't show crack for everyday and for riding! It is a matter of trying on jeans…
  • I agree! Her muscles look great to me! Now Chyna’s are huge, I always said that when I watched her! That is one woman I would never piss off! I just started lifting weights and found out I am a wimp! I will keep lifting though and maybe I can have some nice lean muscles too someday!
  • I did get my fair share of spankings, never that bad. At least the dad stuck to his guns and didn't give in and gave him what he wanted to shut him up! I think so many kids are just never taught to be respectful. I see some mouth off to their parents and nobody seems to think it is a big deal.
