Meat Lovers..Need Help

I dont know much about meats but I do want to grill more in the summer. I went to my local butcher for the first time and this is what they had. Are they decent to good price???

All are in lbs

4 sirloin steak
4 T-bone steak
4 Porterhouse steak
3 rib eye steak
3 ny steak
3 butt steak
2 cube steak
$198

    Seems a little on the high side but I guess I am not really sure as we raise our own beef so we only pay for the butchering. You also did buy some really good cuts and got fresh meat right from the butcher shop. Maybe it isn't too bad then, I know that cattle prices are high right now.

    I know T bone steaks are (DELICIOUS!!) expensive. This all breaks down to 8.60/lb, or 23lbs for $200.
    Doesn't seem bad to me.
