Hi,
I'm doing 30 mins every morning on the elliptical, then doing just 2 minutes a day on my hubby's Total Gym before throwing in a load of laundry and hitting the shower! But dang....even with just 2 minutes, I feel sore all over for a couple days. Has anyone else gotten actual physical/noticeable results using the Total Gym just a couple minutes per day? I know they say even with 6-8 it's possible, but just wanted to hear from a "real" person. I'm still warming up to this machine. It's a little intimidating and I'm a little uncoordinated. :blushing:

I just started using one. I am borrowing my aunts while she is remodeling the room she had it in I am really liking it. The first time I did it I used a higher resistance level and was pretty dang sore. I am not sure how long I am really on it, I just am following the beginner exercises that are in the manual. I lowered the resistance level down now so I am still a little tender but not so dang sore after! Are you still hoping on a few minutes a day?

Not exactly, but I can do a really good set of squats or deads or pull-ups in 2 minutes, and that's a solid workout for the given muscles.

So at the very least it's worth doing. How much it's helping you is hard to say, but it's certainly worth doing.
