Start with a protein, Chicken is good. 4oz of chicken is about 190 calories. Add in 110 grams of cooked brown rice for another 110 calories. That's 300 calories right there. Add maybe a little sauce for the other 50. I got those calorie figures from the USDA through Google, so they may vary by product.

Sure thing, I like to boil the chicken fully cooked and then I measure out 1/4 cup of sauce and a pinch of mozarella throw it on there. To melt the cheese and heat the sauce (so it's not refrigerator cold), throw it in the oven for a few minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Super easy and filling.

What kind of calorie range are you looking at? I like to munch on Goldfish crackers, 30g is like 140 calories and I drink a ton of water with that so I don't feel hungry for a while. When in doubt I always go low, even if it's inaccurate. Your body doesn't care what you log, so I respond to that by logging low just in case.

Hey, just keep in mind it takes extra calories to sustain any excess fat on your body. Eat decently well, go for maybe .5 or 1 pound a week and the weight should come flying off. Don't expect overnight results though, it happens slow and steady.

It would be an insane achievement to burn that many extra calories by exercising. Unless you are an Olympic athlete, it would be very difficult. Instead, try something more manageable like 300-600 exercise calories per day.

I wouldn't recommend the trail mix, MFP says it has 600-700 calories per cup, in other words an entire meal's worth of calories.

I actually forget to eat for a few hours if I drink coffee. That's unhealthy, but if you remember to eat later and take it easy on the sugar it's alright.

I had cauliflower pizza, the pizza sauce covers up 95% of the flavor and it's damn delicious. It's not like regular pizza but a very good substitute. Make sure to weigh the cheese or else it'll be for nothing.

I did P90X, the original one, for like 60 days and I went from 2-3 pull ups to 10. It was pretty awesome.

As long as you're tracking honestly and using a food scale the weight should come off. I hope this isn't what happened but it sounds pretty plausible. I have a hunch it may just have the wrong size tag and it's actually a large instead of medium like the tag says. Going to go exchange it and tell em that and see what happens.

It can't be pre-shrunk. It's not high-end clothing or anything, and they always shrink. That's why I bought it. I just can't understand why the red one won't shrink when all the other ones did easily.

I'm not a Beach Body Coach or anything but P90X, Insanity, and P90 are a God-send for me. Sometimes I supplement them with Jillian Michaels. Gym is too expensive.
