I actually gained a few pounds, unknowingly, over a few months time. I weighed 165-170 lb. I always looked thin with clothes on but I started noticing a little bit of skin I could grab here and there, which isn't normal for me. One day I weighed myself... 190. Been eating better ever since. Now I'm back to 176.6 lb, 10…

1/2 Cup of Oatmeal, 1/4 Cup of Milk, 1tsp of sugar, Lots of Cinnamon = 200 cals. Good luck.

Whenever I want to accommodate extra meals I simply have oatmeal as a meal replacement for breakfast, lunch, or both (Usually just breakfast). Then I have loads of extra calories later on to eat other relatively healthy things. Or do it backwards, eat a lot early and have oatmeal as a meal replacer for dinner and midnight…

1/2 cup of oatmeal + 1/4 cup of milk + 1tsp of sugar + Lots of Cinnamon = 200 calories

The weight of Nesquik chocolate flavored powder is less than 2% Cocoa, would that be acceptable?

I usually log the cooked weight for chicken breast, I look for the "cooked" chicken breast entry on MFP. For rice, I weigh it raw, I look for the "raw" brown rice entry on MFP. Don't think it matters when you weigh it as long as you find the correct cook or uncooked entry.

Soda maybe once or twice a month. One can, no more.

They can shove it. If I use a protein powder to recreate a milkshake but with 1/4 of the original calories I'm going to do that instead of risking scarfing down a real milkshake.

165 calories per brownie, not bad

You people make me hungry

Glad to hear you're starting your journey. Some things that have helped me are drinking a lot of water, alot, and eating oatmeal. Oatmeal makes a pretty big bowl for only 150 calories, it's filling. (add 1tsp sugar, 1/4 cup milk, + cinnamon to make it palatable)

Caffeine, because it stimulates you thus making you workout harder/better.

I measure it out dry so I only eat what I cook and it disallows me from overeating

What book?

Just eat oatmeal 6 times a day

If you're just gonna eat the patty just make some chicken breast at home :|

I always just mix 1-2 cups of milk with Carnation Breakfast Essentials (Chocolate flavor) and it has loads of vitamins. I usually do 2 cups of milk because I struggle with figuring out what to eat later so I have more calories in that drink and less to worry about later.

Oh ok, I was really confused lol. Well, now I'm going to have to unlazy and use my scale for everything ugh. :(

Yep! The little rascals were hard to grab, but once I had them out flopping around on the table it was all kosher from there -- just had to wait it out. Finally I was able to clean 'em up, remove the bones, you know? If you need any recipes PM me, lemon is great for fish.

Congrats, what workout programs did you do for building muscle?
