I have gone from 335 to 183, but noticed their are still D bags everywhere.

I have been pretty constant. I have been trying to loose less as my weight goes down. I do give myself breaks for the holiday or when I am on vacation, then i go for maintenance, and any loss is a bonus.

Measured my waist this morning. I was at 39.95 inches. According to the National institute of health, and American heart association 40 inches is the point where ones risk of all sort of diseases increases, and I am finally below the line.

Are you on any meds that list constipation as a side effect? Since diuretics effect a body's water and cause constipation. Also many anti depressants can cause constipation. some anti depressants are used to help people quite smoking or help then loose weight,

Since I have cut back I have a lot less stomach acid issues. I even had to through out some antacid because they were sitting around for so long they expired.

I admit I look a whole damn better then I used to , but i still have work to do. It is the signs of still having some unhealthy weight is what i do no like.

See if it happens for 2-3 weeks, if it continues, speak to your medical professional. Their are also apps out their that averages weight loss over time, and for the last 7 days, month year and over time etc.

I am a January Birthday. Have lost over 140 pounds already. Plan to be at maintenance by my next birthday. I only have about 20 pounds left give or take a few. add me if you want.

try some nicotine gum or lozenges. And slowly cut back on doses. I quite smoking about a yeay and a half ago, and about 2 or 4 months later was off the nicotine gum.

When Push comes to shove, you have to stick up for yourself, no one else will do it, not even health care providers. after 140+ pounds lost, I still have to be Vigilant to get a retest of my sleep apnea, so my CPAP machine will have the correct settings. With these health systems, one hand does not seem to talk to another.…

Don't let bad day's get to you. If and when you slip up for a day and go over, just move on and keep on tracking your calorie deficit.

When i was in FL. last year i lost so much water weight I almost got dehydrated. Sorry can't help you with the boob sweat, being a guy in all.

I still drink, but a lot less. Since I have taken off weight, I do not need as much alcohol to get buzzed. And when I go out. after evrey rink I will have a cup of water, and a diet soda. That way I do not get that many calories. I make room for my 1 day a week of drinking.

What does 2016 have to do with healthy? i was planning on being healthy the day I started until the day I die.
