I usually get protein cravings :) If you are having a carb craving, eat some protein with a medium amount of sodium (only consume sodium if you plan on sweating it out soon though) and you'll probably be satisfied--some of my favorites are tuna on lettuce and beef jerky :) Keep it up though. Water weight is the first thing…

Your face looks much healthier :) That might sound strange, but it's true. Also your waist and arms are improving :D The first thing people see is your face, then your body. Keep up the good work! Awesome job.

I totally agree with daydream58. Instead of shooting for that magical number, the best idea is to eat your maximum suggested "14XX" and just exercise about 200 calories worth more each day = half mile jog. This way, you can be sure you're getting nutrition and increasing your metabolism! Good luck, Mike

That's got to be such an exciting day, haha. I'm looking forward to wearing Medium shirts again one day :D I've been in Large and Extra Large for almost two years now.

Scales can be double-discouraging if you step on them too often :( 1) Healthy weight loss is slow, so you shouldn't expect to see drastic changes each day. 2) Muscle weighs more than fat, so although you may not see a big difference on the scale as long as you are exercising it may just be that you're gaining enough muscle…

Just keep checking back everyday to ensure you stay motivated :) Additionally, you may want to get the phone app (if you can)--it keeps me on my toes because I always have to be accountable for what I eat (just at my fingertips). Good luck!

=) Thanks for all the encouragement. I notice a lot of people are doing P90X. I wonder if it is really more effective than running, push ups, and situps? Additionally, I have yet to find any particular sport I enjoy :-( lol. I think I'll try tennis next week when I'm off my weekend AF Reserve Duty. ~~Ciao.
