Protein powder is a waste and it isn't hard to get protein. As long as you are eating a mix of tree nuts, seeds, certain veggies, meat, eggs, dairy, cheese and etc. You can easily get a good amount of protein in your diet everyday.

sugar is fine as long as long you don't go crazy on the ones that are simple carbs.

Also I'm sorry but supplements aren't even the best way to get B12. Your body doesn't even absorb as well as the actual thing you eat it from. Also you miss Vitamin K2 when you don't have animal stuff.

Vegans claim to be about health and then consume soy. Talk about fail.

Cocktails make it worse and alcohol is the last thing you want on a bad day or depressed like crap.

Loose fat just tone it with abs workouts.

Possible there was a lot of fat in your butt which is why. Seems the most logical.

A 30 minute cardio workout is considered an actual workout and you should at least workout 5 days a week. You should have a day or two where your body can take it easy to recover and get stronger. Begin with a fast walk for now since your body isn't ready for jogging.

Dude get a costco membership (it saves you tons of money)and get a bag of chia for like 14 bucks and it should last you 2 months. If you do your portions right and if you don't have a costco then do amazon. Your body doesn't need a huge amount of one thing just split certain portions between each food from different bulk…

Makes sense. I was just saying omega 3 fats aren't as hard some think. Well for calcium you aren't supposed to consume more than 250% of it per day but then again you can get vitamin D from mushrooms, salmon, and sunlight. I consume eggs, meats, and cheese which do have this K2 you speak of. Natto is bad for you because of…

You can spend a tablesoon of cinnamon throughout the day by putting it on various things. It isn't rocket science and to be honest 7% isn't even bad and cinnamon is rich in mineral called manganese which also makes your bones stronger. A tablespoon is over 50% of your daily needs. Also It wasn't like I saying you have to…

That's some good food trying adding quinoa(is a super protein food and don't cook), sesame seeds (rich in zinc, iron, and calcium), chia seeds, almond milk, greek yogurt. Adding more calcium in your diet helps you lose weight but do not go higher 250% on calcium per day.

Beer isn't even healthy and can be replaced. Once and awhile is cool but seriously if you act like you can't let go of it then you got an issue. You can figure out how to enjoy food with a replacement or just filling yourself with the right foods. A healthy diet isn't restrictive... it's beneficial ;) It's ok though…

Lose the fat first then worry about that. Your goal to lose weight? Then don't bulk up yet because it'll make it look like you aren't losing because of the muscle gain which could stress you out. Also you can list the green veggies and superfoods you eat?

Vegetarians and vegans are also missing out on cholesterol also which your body needs and sure it produces its own but only a certain amount. Then again the whole produces it own arguments can be argued with vitamins then that would make it sound there isn't any point of consuming that has this whatever. Also supplements…

Salmon and mushrooms help with vitamin D but salmon is the best. However the best salmon is wild salmon.

It actually isn't hard to get your vitamins if you know the foods you need and don't any allergies. Look at site like there for help: http://nutritiondata.self.com/ http://whfoods.org/nutrientstoc.php https://www.consumerlab.com/rdas/ <<<<to know your limits and needs

That's because you have an addiction problem and refuse to figure out how to fix it because beer sure as heck doesn't help with the diet.
